Speakers are asked to upload their talks to the INDICO server by 8pm the night before their presentation at the very latest. Talks completed after this deadline must be brought to the conference office in person by the speaker a minimum of one hour prior to the start of the relevant session and loaded onto the central server machine.
All presentations will be broadcast by the conference computers since only these computers are equipped with the software that records our proceedings.
Talks will be accepted in ppt, pptx, pdf, keynote and displayed on your choice of Mac or Windows platforms.
The conference office will make available Mac and Windows platforms identical to those in the session rooms for testing.
It is the responsibility of the speaker to stop by the conference office to test their presentation to ensure that no font or mathematical translation issues plague their presentation. Technical assistance will be available in the conference office to help resolve these difficulties.
The poster boards on which posters may be mounters will be installed by the end of the lunch break on Tuesday. They will be taken down by the end of the lunch break on Friday.
Poster viewing on the agenda starts at 8:30AM on Wednesday. Posters should be installed before Wednesday morning. Opportunities for mounting the posters will be during the coffee break on Tuesday (4:15-4:45) and before/after the evening talk on Tuesday (6:30-7 or after 8PM). The maximum allowed size for posters is 48 inches tall by 42 inches wide.
On Friday, all posters need to be removed by the end of the coffee break at 11:25AM.
All posters will be assigned a number, to be matched with the number on the poster board (we will agree on the numbering scheme with the poster board company to allow us to cluster related topics). Pins for mounting the posters will be provided by the poster board company.
Here is the list of board assignments for all Posters. One sorted
