Submission of Abstracts

QM2012 participants must submit their abstract using the INDICO web-based system at CERN. Please note, you will need to login to INDICO before you can upload your abstract.

How to submit an abstract:

1. Login to INDICO
    
   If you are working at CERN use your usual CERN login. If you do not have a CERN account then create a “Lightweight account” from the account management portal.
    
2. Click "Submit a new abstract"
3. Enter Title and Abstract
4. Specify Oral Presentation or Poster
5. Select one and only one Track/Category
6. Enter the primary author’s name. First try to search the user database. Add new name if name not found. You can enter more than one name and you can specify one of the primary authors as a presenter.
   • For submissions from large experiments (without speakers name) please create a new user e.g. "CMS Collaboration" or "ALICE collaboration," remember to include the e-mail address of the responsible person. This submission entry will be updated once the speaker names are known.
