Room rates are quoted exclusive of applicable state and local taxes and are on a first come first served basis.

Cut-off Date
The cut-off date is July 12, 2012 (5:00 p.m. local time). Reservation requests received after the cut-off date will be based on availability at the Hotel's prevailing rates.
