Visa Information

Participants should check if they require a visa to enter the US on the State Department’s web page. Also, participants who need an invitation letter from QM12 should either register first, or, if eligible, should apply for financial support, and then contact the organizers by e-mail to provide the following information:

We ask that you please provide all required information as incomplete requests can not be processed.

We strongly recommend that you start the visa application process as soon as possible.
